The Case for Made-to-Order

In a world of same-day everything, asking for a few days' notice can feel old-fashioned. We hear you — and we do it anyway, because made-to-order is the single biggest reason our treats taste the way they do.
When you place an order, we bake it into our week. Your cookies aren't pulled from a case or defrosted from a back freezer; they're mixed, shaped, and baked close to the day they reach you. That short journey from oven to hand is where freshness actually happens.
It also lets us honor the little details — the choice of chocolate, the nuts or no nuts, the assortment inside a gift box. Custom touches are only possible when there's a plan, and a plan needs a little time.
So when we ask for at least five days, think of it less as a wait and more as a promise: that what arrives will be genuinely fresh, made specifically for you, and worth every day of anticipation. Good things, as they say, come to those who plan ahead.
Baked with a lot of love.
