How to Store Your Treats (and Keep Them Fresh)

Because everything we bake is made fresh and free of preservatives, a little care goes a long way once your box arrives. The good news: keeping our treats at their best is simple, and mostly comes down to keeping air and moisture where they belong.
For cookies, store them in an airtight container at room temperature. They'll stay wonderful for about three to four days. If you like a warm, just-baked feel, pop one in the microwave for eight to ten seconds — the chocolate softens, the center loosens, and it tastes brand new.
Muffins are happiest at room temperature for the first two days, tucked into an airtight container with a paper towel to catch any extra moisture. After that, they keep beautifully in the fridge, and a few seconds of warming brings them right back to life.
Our bites — iron bliss and coconut almond — actually prefer the fridge. The cool temperature keeps them firm and refreshing, and they'll happily last a week or more. They travel well too, which makes them a perfect afternoon pick-me-up.
Want to keep something longer? Almost everything we make freezes well. Wrap items individually, freeze in an airtight bag, and thaw at room temperature when a craving strikes. It's the closest thing we have to pausing time on a fresh batch.
Baked with a lot of love.
